To Rebecca, Richard and staff, just a wee note to thank you for our relaxing stay in room 507 at The Neptune Resort. You and your staff were friendly, professional and patient and it was a pleasure to meet you all. We apologise for the fact that we realised half way to Brisbane that we hadn’t cleaned out the fridge hence we didn’t have our water bottles. Sorry to have created more work for you. After a 3 hour delay with our flight we are finally back in NZ. Once again a big thank you and look forward to coming back again in a couple years.

We booked for 3 nights at Neptune and we weren't disappointed. The unit was surprisingly spacious, well designed and comfortable. It was very close to Pacific Fair and the Casino as well as the train station so we didn't really need our hire car. The staff were also very friendly. I would recommend it.

This was my second stay at Neptune Resort, and on both occasions we have had a really wonderful time, the room was nicely furnished and spotless, looking forward to returning next year, would not hesitate In recommending Neptune to my friends. Sincerely. Ray Davis.

A most enjoyable week's stay. Clean, well appointed apartment. Convenient location. Have stayed at a number of apartments at Broadbeach and Neptune is good value for money.

My one bedroom unit was bright, clean and comfortable. The unit was spacious and had views of the ocean in one direction and views of the mountains in the other direction. The bathroom was well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The resort is right across the road from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and public transport is almost on your doorstep. It was a great experience to have breakfast on the balcony each morning. Neptune Resort will definitely be my home away from home on my next Gold Coast visit.

Had an Absolutely Awesome week @ Neptune Resort, room was FAB, close to everything & the ladies on reception were so nice. Already planning my next trip!

Right in the center of everything, 2 min walk to G-Line / Bus Interchange ! 3 Minutes walk to the largest shopping I have seen in all my time. Best value restaurants , 10/10 for me. Neptune my children loved your facilities and are begging to stay again.

My husband and I stayed at Neptune Resort early January and had a very enjoyable stay. Our unit was clean and very comfy. Good view from balcony. It is in a great position, close to trams and shops and casino. the staff were very good and the Cafe downstairs is very good. Will definately stay again.

My husband and I stayed here with six other mates and had a blast! Perfect location, near beach and shops with easy access to free parking. It was quiet during our whole stay, which over new years says alot! Felt like we were the only ones at the resort, it was lovely! The staff were wonderful also, very accommodating of our needs. Will def stay there again sometime.
